PROBLEM:
This was a continuation of a personal branding project - where we also realised the company’s digital presence didn’t reflect the quality of their work.
The company page wasn’t bad, but the branding efforts weren’t cohesive. The founder wanted a steady presence that looked credible, without burning internal resources.
OBJECTIVE:
- Build a consistent, professional company brand on LinkedIn
- Post regularly without needing a full-time social media hire
- Improve engagement + visibility with low effort from the client
MY APPROACH:
I started from scratch - audited the existing page, analyzed competitors, researched buyer language, and interviewed the founder to get clarity on what really made them different.
I rewrote the About section to clarify their niche, cleaned up all visuals, and designed a monthly post calendar with the following pillars:
• Industry-specific red flags • Hiring trends in the US • Demand gen for staff augmentation
I also optimized post tags, timing, and interactions to drive better reach - without relying on paid boosts.
